COMMISSION PROCESS
How does the commission process work?
The Brief
It's fairly simple! Just send a character(s) or scene description to my email: [email protected]
Feel free to send long descriptions, references, previous artworks, or whatever you think will help. We'll basically have a short back and forth to ensure we're on the same page. If you're not sure about what you want, don't hesitate to reach out! I'm more than happy to help you narrow down your idea!
Sketching
Once we agree on a price and half the commission fee is paid up front I'll get started sketching. A time frame will be given, and I'll ask any(probably too many) questions about the work and send over a sketch or sketches to get approval.
Finalizing
After sketch approval we are mostly locked in and it's off to the races(more tortoise than hare)! I'll send updates at major milestones as to not flood your inbox ie line work, colors, lighting, or big adjustments. Revisions are okay as long as the piece doesn't require too much reworking. The end goal is something you are thrilled with!
Delivery
After it's all said and done I'll send you the piece for final approval, and upon final payment send the full resolution version. If requested I can send a layered version as well! Big revisions are still possible, but will be subject to a fee.

Payment
Payment is in two stages: Half up front, half upon completion of the artwork. The final full resolution piece will be given after final payment. I always use secure payment through Zelle, Paypal, or Venmo
Procedure
The commission process takes place in multiple stages with ample communication and approval steps to make sure you are fully satisfied with the piece! Minor revisions are a okay within the commission fee, but major reworks (while still totally ok!) will be subject to a new fee.
